Paul has over 20 years’ experience in the banking and capital markets industry gained through various roles in both Europe and Asia Pacific. Paul is currently the Managing Partner at Regan Capital, a boutique advisory practice focused on delivering solutions across the entire investment spectrum to exchanges, brokers, banks and investor. Most recently Paul was a Managing Director at Citi, responsible for Strategy and Business Development for Citi's Global Transaction Services within Asia Pacific. Prior to this Paul was the Senior Banker to the intermediaries industry since 2004, before which he managed the Bank’s securities services business in Japan where he was a member of the Bank’s Management Committee. Prior to moving to Asia, Paul held various business roles in risk and relationship banking out of Citi’s European headquarters in London. A recognised market advocate and industry speaker, Paul has built a reputation as a strategic partner to exchanges and alternative venues. Paul has extensive knowledge of global capital markets and has lived a significant part of his life in Hong Kong, Japan, London and Australia.
David has extensive experience in the procurement and delivery of major infrastructure projects, specialising in Public Private Partnerships. From 1996 - 2013, David held the position of Chief Executive Officer of City North Infrastructure Pty Ltd (CNI) with overall responsibility on behalf of the State of Queensland in Australia for the procurement of the Brisbane Airport Link road tunnel, the Northern Busway (Windsor to Kedron) and the Airport Roundabout Upgrade - the largest ever road infrastructure project delivered in Australia with a combined design and construction cost of AUD4.1billion. Prior to undertaking this role, David also worked in various senior executive positions within Queensland State Treasury and Queensland Treasury Corporation, working on a range of privately funded and public infrastructure projects. He also has extensive banking and project finance experience having held senior positions with a major international financial institution in Melbourne and London, as well as emerging markets experience in Vietnam. David now consults on major infrastructure projects in Australia and New Zealand as well as in Asia through his association with Regan Capital. David Lynch holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration in Economics (Honours) and a Master of Commerce (Applied Finance) (Honours).
Prior to joining Regan Capital as a principal Lars has worked for various international projects in Southeast Asia / Asia. The projects also included lengthier stays in communist and post-communist societies amongst them Cuba, China & North Korea. Since December 2009 Lars has been focused on project development & project finance in China-bordering countries within the areas of mining, mining logistics and infrastructure. Extensive research was conducted in Europe, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, China and financial hubs including Geneva, London, Singapore & Hong Kong. This has included leading contract negotiations with equipment suppliers, OEMs and investors. Lars has a corporate background as a business analyst in the fields of structural optimisation and mergers & acquisitions with German DAX30 companies which allows him to structure solutions covering strategic financial as well as geopolitical aspects. Lars holds various economic and business administration degrees from Germany and received a Masters of Business Administration degree from Nanyang Business School in Singapore. He represented Nanyang Technological University in Copenhagen & Mexico-City as nominated student for the university’s academic exchange programmes.
